Extreme Off-Road
The ultimate in towing performance and outback dependability
Overview
World's Most Advanced Trailer. Indestructible.
The Extreme Off-Road is what happens when you take ten years of torture testing across Australia's most punishing tracks and engineer a trailer that refuses to break. Cape York. The Tanami Track. Gibb River Road. Birdsville Track. Oodnadatta Track. The Simpson Desert — 6,500 km of rough roads with no signs of slowing down.
Genuine Cruisemaster independent suspension with a 5-year warranty delivers the kind of articulation and wheel travel that keeps the tub level while the terrain does its worst. A DO35 swivel hitch, 1,250 kg coil springs, Gabriel 35mm Ultra shocks, and electric drum brakes give you complete control over 810 kg of payload.
Built on an Australian-made hot-dipped galvanised chassis, the Extreme Off-Road pairs genuine expedition-grade running gear with the same indestructible polyethylene tub that's never broken or faded in nearly 20 years of production.

Cruisemaster Suspension
Genuine Cruisemaster independent suspension with a 5-year warranty. The same system trusted by the most serious off-road trailer builders in Australia.
DO35 Hitch
Swivel hitch with car attachment pin for serious off-road articulation. Eliminates the binding and stress that destroys standard ball hitches on rough tracks.
1,250 kg Coil Springs
Heavy-duty coil springs rated for extreme conditions. Maintains ride height and composure under full load across the worst corrugations Australia has to offer.
Gabriel Shockers
35mm Ultra shock absorbers control wheel movement and prevent bottoming out. Tuned for the weight and travel characteristics of the Extreme platform.
Electric Drum Brakes
Full electric drum braking system with in-cab proportional controller. Smooth, progressive stopping power whether fully loaded or running light.
Deep 360mm Tub
Extra deep tub provides maximum storage volume within the 1 cubic metre capacity. Keeps tall items secure and contained on the roughest tracks.
Expedition Tested
Torture tested over 10 years across Cape York, the Simpson Desert, Gibb River Road, Tanami Track, Birdsville Track, and Oodnadatta Track.
Wind-Down Spare
Spare wheel mounted on a wind-down winch with handle underneath. Easy to access, secure in transit, out of the way of the tub space.
Galvanised Chassis
Australian-made hot-dipped galvanised chassis for ultimate corrosion protection. Built to survive decades of salt air, creek crossings, and outback dust.
